Welcome to Thrive Squad Summer Camp!

A summer squad for girls ready to rise!

At Thrive Squad, we're all about building confidence, connection, and strength—together. As a mom of a 13-year-old girl, I know how important it is to nurture self-belief from the inside out. This camp is rooted in that mission—helping girls develop strong minds that lead to strong, capable bodies. Whether your daughter is a dedicated athlete, plays sports seasonally, or is just exploring movement, this camp is designed to meet her where she’s at.


We’ll focus on strength and conditioning in a fun, energetic way that keeps things fresh and exciting. Expect dynamic workouts, skill-building drills, and positive mindset work woven into every session. Technique and mobility are key here—we want every girl to feel confident in how she moves and understand her body on a deeper level. By the end of the program, your child will walk away feeling stronger, more capable, and part of a community that lifts each other up.

What's included:

  • Strength and conditioning training
    • Focus on Full body conditioning, building muscle and cardio respiratory fitness
  • Agility, power, and balance training
  • Sport specific drills
  • One Wednesday we will meet at Renzo Gracie Jui Jitsu in Snoqualmie to learn self defense
  • Mindset and journaling practices
  • Group cardio challenge
  • Start each session off with positive affirmations
  • End each session with Gratitude practice

Who can join:

  • Girls ages 11-16
  • Girls who want to get stronger, quicker and more confident
  • Motivated, self-sufficient girls who want to work hard and grow

When:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 
    • Week 1- June 24-26
    • Week 2- July 1-3
    • Week 3- July 7-9 (Mon-Wed)
    • Week 4- July 22-24
    • Week 5- July 29-31
    • Week 6- Aug. 5-7
    • Final summer close out- Aug. 12
      • Final assessment to rate progress and Potluck!
  • Two time sessions*:
    • 10am-12pm 
    • 11:30am-1:30pm
    • Two groups of 8
    • **Mindset and journaling will be done with both groups from 11:30am-12pm

Price:

  • Pay via Zelle, cash, or check for the best rate! Venmo payments include a small processing fee
  • $120 per week ($122 venmo price)
  • $575** for all 6 weeks ($585 venmo price)
  • $100 deposit to hold your spot. Final payment due May 30th
  • Equipment fee- $60
    • This includes journal, jump rope, and two different Thera bands
  • **Payment plans offered

Where:

  • Various parks on the Ridge- most likely Jeanne Hansen, One Wednesday will be at Renzo Gracie Jui jitsu to learn self defense, looking into being able to use a track at one of the schools, looking into a day at Mt. Si gymnastics (Wednesday), possibly Big Star studios
  • Finalized schedule will be out end of May

What a typical week will look like:

  • Tuesday/Thursday- Strength and conditioning focus
    • Wake body up through different warm-ups and a five min sun salutation 
    • Ankle strengthening circuit
    • HIIT/strength training
    • Glute/Hamstring/Core Stability
    • Stretch
    • Mindset/journal/check-in- Each day of the week will have a different focus
      • Mindset journaling
      • Breath work
      • Nutrition 
      • Catching up on life
      • Squad bonding
  • Wednesday- Agility, balance, coordination, sports specific focus
    • Wake body up through different warm-ups and a five min sun salutation 
    • Ankle strengthening circuit
    • Agility/speed work- Working on movement with ladders/hurdles/blaze pod/bands
    • Balance work- Working on balance with balance boards, balls, bosu work
    • Core stability in motion- Learning to brace our core when balancing, jumping, running
    • Power- Pushing/pulling work using sleds, bungees
    • Mindset/journal/check-in- Each day of the week will have a different focus
  • One more programmed day of cardio on own
    • A group chat will be encouraged for the girls to get together outside of our meet ups to do this cardio together
  • Some Saturdays will be offered to meet at the stairs on Issaquah highlands
