A new, customized workout plan is sent to you each week to keep you progressing and challenged
Your program is tailored to fit your lifestyle, utilizing the equipment and resources available in your home for a seamless and effective training experience.
Monthly 30 min check-ins via zoom to make sure the programming is working for you, make adjustments as needed, and answer any questions you have.
MPA- the two accountability texts/calls per week will be on the days we don’t meet, ensuring you stay consistent and supported.
Two in-person training sessions per month (at your home or Big Star Studios), helping you refine your technique, build confidence, and maximize results.
GROUP RATES- Monthly Programming + Individual Training Sessions (GMPA)
MPA- the two accountability texts/calls per week will be on a group thread on the days we don’t meet, ensuring you stay consistent and supported.
This is done on a case by case basis. If you get a group together, you can split the price. Final price will be dependent on amount of people in the group and amount of days we meet in person
