Thrive Squad Classes are designed to help teenage girls build strength, confidence, and resilience—both inside and out. Through fun, intentional strength and conditioning workouts, girls learn how to move well, train smart, and feel strong in their bodies. Each class also weaves in mindfulness, breathing, and journaling to support emotional health and self-awareness. Thrive Squad is more than a workout—it’s a supportive community where girls learn that hard work can be fun, strength is empowering, and showing up for yourself matters
